Hi all,
we have three sites over in Australia and the UK manager who is currently at one of the sites has asked me to email him over tool box talks etc so as he can give the talks to the Australian employees, I am not sure if I should email the talks over as I am unsure if the UK methods are used in Australia - anyone help or advise

If the talks are really about practical aspects of OSH for typical tasks, why do you think UK good practices are not relevant elsewhere? Of course, if they are about legal requirements that's a different thing - but TBTs don't usually cover such issues.
My advice would be to send them, but with a warning that there may be differences in practice, so could the deliverers please involve listeners in commenting on that aspect (which they should anyway! - TBTs are intended to involve those who carry out the tasks). Also ask for feedback about that, especially of ideas where Oz may be ahead of UK practices.

As an example the manager is asking for the TBT on RPE, that talk is specific to the RPE used on a UK site, he is also asking for the RPE inspection records - again these maintenance records are specific to RPE used on a UK site. RPE used over in Australia could be totally different from the RPE supplied at one of UK sites.

Under no circumstances e-mail the tool box talks.
Insist on taking them out and delivering them in person.
It is the only acceptable and professional way.
