We will be introducing an internal health and safety audit programme in our organisation. I need to find the best software available to enable us to streamline the audit administration, analyse data, track action plans, view risk profiles and categories across the organisation, while respecting the different audit weightings and produce audit reports for all levels of management across the organisation and other stakeholders.

If you get a chance go to the IOSH exhibition, previous such events have had more than one potential provider. There are a number of adverts in this months SHP indicating who will be there (and has paid for the advertising space). SHE software http://www.shesoftware.com/ have a reasonable set up which does mail prompting for follow up action. I used it at the demo stage but the company didn't go for it, not sure what the costs would be. Good luck in your quest, rgds, S
