Im not a DGSA but would like to brush up on my knowledge regarding the transportation of chemicals but do not have a budget to invest in training or being put through a qualification.

What website etc is the best to learn of such things?

Hi lisar - You could try Gov.uk

It covers Overview, what are DG, packaging, safety adviser, rules, quantities and enforcement.

Apologies if this is too basic for your requirements but I do not know your background

Regards

Hi Lisar

You could have a look at these:
http://www.unece.org/trans/danger/danger.html

http://www.dft.gov.uk/vc...dangerous-goods-offi.asp

https://www.gov.uk/gover...-transitional-provisions

I would suggest formal training if you intend to advise on the subject. It can be complicated at times.
