So I want to become CMIOSH but now have to complete the IPD process, I have to complete a SDP and have already lost the will to live as you have to provide all the numerous evidence as part of the process!!!! Has anyone got any advice, tips on completing this task as I have no other choice if I want to become chartered.

You've survived the exams. Remember how bad they were? The hell you went through to pass them? IPD is a real pain, but it's not as bad as that was. So you can do it!

What most helped me with mine was going to a session run by IOSH about how to do the portfolio. It's also possible to be assigned a mentor.
