Hi, Could anyone recommend a short allergen awareness course? I have 6 employees that need to be trained following a request from a customer. We don't do anything other than store bakery products in our warehouse. They are all wrapped and stored on palltes, we don't handle the raw material at all. Thanks

Pretty odd client request but they could do online training at the Food Standards Agency website.
