Dear all,
Recently I had meeting with a person in charge of a hospital and he wants me to do necessary emergency evacuation plan and the associated training.
Anybody please advise me to do it professionally.

I respectfully suggest that you engage a consultant with experience in this field.

Are you actually saying these are not already in place?

My employer has 7 Hospices; these are like community hospitals in their operation and in the vulnerability of the patients, but they are a lot smaller. Me and my team work with the nurses to develop evacuation plans for these places. Between us we have about fifty years experience of working in healthcare, and about 30 of those years are in safety roles within healthcare. It is not an easy job, and I have to agree that you may need help on the ground, probably from a H&S or fire safety consultant, there isn't the space available on this forum to go through everything you need to know or to consider in order to carry out this task properly,
John
