The short answer is no, I've been in aviation 30 plus years and can't think of an aviation specific case. If you are interested in looking at principal cases for occupational deafness, look up "Thompson, Gray, Nicholson v. Smiths Ship Repairers (North Shields) Ltd (1984) IRLR 93-116, Occupational Deafness and the Apportionment of Liability"
I hope you find this useful.

"There are currently no regulations specifically addressing noise levels in aircraft. The UK Noise at Work Regulations 1989 [50] do not apply to aircraft, but there is no technical or scientific reason why they should not be used for guidance. The Noise at Work Regulations are the UK implementation of a European Directive [51], and similar regulations are in force in each member state of the European Union to minimise risk to hearing. The provisions of the regulations and the noise action levels specified are discussed below"

I am not aware of any case law specifically for aircraft noise (I assume you mean occupational rather than environmental?).
I wonder why you need to reference this?
John, surely the NAWR apply to those people exposed to aircraft noise in an occupational situation? Or can all the 'lineys' ditch their ear defs?

Let me know if you find any.
In my early years I was frequently close to trials of the P1127 as it initiated woodland landing pad operations.....the measured noise levels *in the cockpit* were in excess of 110dba at 100% engine thrust.
At the aircraft side, at 20 metres distance, those levels were exceeded by several db.
It was a reasonable good way to ensure adequate bowel movement, since everything was WELL shaken !
