Is Control Guidance Sheet 201: Fume Cupboard, still the current and most up to date HSE guidance on Fume Cupboards?

If you are looking for fume cupboards you should also have look at

BS EN 14175 (and the superseded BS 7258) as there have been a number of changes over the years to the standards for fume cupboards.

There has also been a lot of discussion within the Higher Education and Research sectors regarding the low flow fume cupboards which are now available and require less energy input.

However I must say that most still prefer those which give a face velocity of 0.5m/sec.
