Hello, HSE governs the UK, but what organisations do the same for Singapore & Hong Kong. How far advanced are they compared to the HSE, in terms of there legislation, enforcement etc etc?

In Singapore it is the Ministry of Manpower - see link - http://www.mom.gov.sg/wo...ealth/Pages/default.aspx In Hong Kong it is the Labour Department - The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region - see link - http://www.labour.gov.hk/eng/osh/content.htm Should give you some insight.
