Hi There, I'm looking to source what I would consider 'best in class' practices surrounding contractor engagement. I know what this looks like in theory, but would be keen on hearing from anyone who works for a blue chip organisation (and would be willing to share such info) that feel they have really robust and workable processes in this area. Specifically: Pre-work activities, including qualifying and selection criteria, audits carried out on potential contractors (in-house, or 3rd party via a scheme), appraisal of the contractor of comapny rules, procedures etc., on-site considerations including inductions, communication of H&S info, review of contractor MS/RAs and monitoring / supervisory regimes. Thanks in advance for any responses!
