Morning All, Have been knocked back by BSI on supplier etc assessment on the Quality / Enviro / Safety clause 7.4, so I've come to the source of all knowledge to ask if anyone who looks after a systems manual if I may have a look at what they've done to satisfy their external auditors, Please and Thanks. Could you clarify what Standard you were being assessed to? As far as I am aware Clause 7.4 Purchasing is specific to ISO 9001 (Quality Management systems). Or do you have an integrated management system? For me it would be beneficial to see what you have & review against your BSI assessors findings rather than look at what somebody else does. I have a lot to do with the management system for the company I work for, including auditing to 9001 & 14001. PM me and we'll see if I can help.
