Hi there,

I have been a consultant for over sixteen years and managed a consultancy for over eight years. I have recently decided I want to branch out on my own and give it a go. Rather than starting from scratch i would like to purchase an existing consultancy (preferably in the Yorkshire region but any where will do)

I wondered if anyone has any tips of how i can go about purchasing a consultancy or setting up by myself?

Thanks

Tony

Hi Tony

Sorry to jump on your thread, I am a health & safety director in the construction industry
I would like to become a consultant and would ask you as an experienced consultant how I would make the change and what do you think the benefits are if any!!

I am in the Merseyside area and would like to look into setting up myself but do not have the practical knowledge as you do or the contacts.
Looking for your advice as a consultant for many years

Hello Tony,Alan.

I am working as a consultant in the North West and at the moment working on something that could be a pretty good generator of work that would require a pretty decent team in place from the beginning.

Alan,
this type of work is in the construction industry, so may be of interest to you.

if you want further info, please email me on robertsinfo@msn.com
