Hi everyone, I have been asked to help run a project on “Age Awareness” as part of our ongoing promotion of health and wellbeing in the workplace, we are 1700 strong with mainly DSE users but there are some shift workers (DSE users also) and six employees who engage in manual handling, these are mainly our maintenance staff. Have you had to deal with this? Your thoughts and ideas please, thanks in advance.
