I am currently assessing the use of anti fatigue matting within my company and I am asking my learned colleagues out there what experience you have had with them and is there any evidence that they do have a benefit.

I introduced anti fatigue matting into our production area where people were working at benches and standing on concrete floors. They were very well received by the operatives and were appreciated. I couldn't say that there was any noticeable increased in production, but the 'social' benefit for the operatives was noticable. The aeas where it was not introduced clammered for the matting as the users told them about the increased comfort and reduced tiredness of the legs. It was fairly expensive but lasted a long time. This was introduced some 6 years ago.

Hi If you get good matting - looks good, and lasts a long time - then it will be well received. I have also had ordinary pimple entrance mats received well, a fraction of the cost of anti-fatigue matting that wore out and created trip hazards. ian
