I am trying to find information regarding the Storage and Handling of Dangerous Goods. If you store and load/unload chemicals from vehicles into and from your storage facility do you need to appoint a DGSA? I have checked Part 7.5 but I am still not clear, any advice/views would be appreciated.

http://www.hse.gov.uk/cdg/manual/adrcarriage.htm There are some exemptions, however unless it is a secondary activity form your business then you need one.
