Hi, I have been asked as part of a supplier audit to carry out an annual management review which we haven't done in the past. Safety is discussed in the monthly Board meeting but they want to see more. Would anyone have an example of what I would be expected to cover as part of this (apart from accident stats / targets). Thank you in advance.

Have a look at OHSAS 18001 section 4.6. This will give you good guidance as to what should be covered in a management review. Is it purely a H&S management review you have been asked to carry out?
