Does anyone calculate an Accident rate (AIR AFR or other) which takes into account Visitors? If so what approach do you adopt - obviously the HSE methods relying on numbers of employees and working hours arent very helpful.

Could you get the total numbers of visitors and hours open to visitors and go from there?
