Is it required to earth/bond the underground/burried pipelines to dissipate static electricity? How do we do bonding on non-conducting pipe materials like GRP or Concrete pipes above the ground and under the ground? Please put me wise! P

Don't bother with bonding the underground pipes...not a problem. As for non-conductiong materials the words non conducting says it all I guess :-) Again... not a problem
