Hi Folks, after 10 years of "fighting the good fight", I've become disillusioned with where the profession is going, and have decided to "do something else". I understand were you are coming from, having put training procedures and policies in place these ignored then attacked from other sides when it ain your fault how anying I would like to do something else like run a campsite however that is only a pipe dream, good luck with your new adventure and be sure to return and let us know what you have done and did you ever regret it
