A question for clarification. LOLER does not include horizontal conveyors that are transporting material or products. If however, that conveuyor can be raised up or down via hydraulic rams does this reneder it applicable under LOLER?? Also ,if conveyors are at a permanent angle to transport up to another level does this make them applicable to LOLER??

Is the conveyor raised with the load upon it? i.e. travels along the conveyor stops, conveyor raises with load to new level, then load continues on its journey. Or is it a case of the conveyor is raised or lowered into position prior to use? Being fixed at an angle wouldn't make them to LOLER
