Rank: Super forum user		BJC Vast majority of the posts at link that Ken posted are self-funding. Recently HSE advertised for a limited number of trainee Inspectors for Field Operations Division. Whether HSE still has enough sufficiently long in the tooth Inspectors at the sharp end to check that these trainees are adequately trained and mentored is a moot point.
