Hi all, I'm looking for some help on implementing 18001, I had a Gap Analysis with BSI last week and all went well, my system as a whole meets the requirements other than the inclusion of the Audit Schedule and Audit format. Having finished a legal register, I'm now pushing the audit side to be complete within the next few weeks, this would involve devising a schedule, format/layout and effective, efficient way to carry out the actual audit. I'm sending two guys on an Internal Audit course soon, I've audited ISO for a good few years so will be attending the 18001 Lead Auditor course soon, before I do, I'd like to see some examples of how others do it if possible? (Not lazy, I just want to see if anyone is using something that is more efficient than the ideas we are coming up with.) Any help/advice would be appreciated, and any schedules and/or audit templates you are using as examples would be great.. I will add my email here, should this be wrong by forum rules, please remove it or let me know so that I can remove it. Many thanks in advance, Ken ken@tykltd.co.uk

I did Ken but I found it a very worthwhile exercise. Now when our external auditor asks if we are compliant and I can answer with some confidence and show the monitoring (audits) to back it up! The added complication is that I have 4 compliance registers, 1 Irish, 1 GB, 1 N Ireland and ! marine!!!!! Hope you find it useful. J
