Good afternoon, My organisation normally uses RoSPA to carry out open water risk assessments, we have obtained a quote from them, but due to our procurement rules we are required to get two further quotes. I was wondering if anyone knows of any other companies that are able to undertake open water RA's. We require approximately 36 sites assessing and it is a mixture of rivers, lakes, ponds and canals.

Environment Agency produced an excellent publication on this subject: Guide to Public Safety on Flood and Coastal Risk Management Sites". http://evidence.environm...1-4bf8-84cc-cbfd03ab63a2 It provides lots of real life examples and is very readable, and practical in its advice (and a regular contributor to this forum was a joint author).
