Good Afternoon,
The HSE have worked with CITB to produce a document on installing solar panels - this would be assumed as best practise

This guide states that fixed scaffolds must be used to install solar panels
However there are products on the market such as easi dec which are designed to install solar panels.
So how would this go down in court, there has been an accident, you have not followed best practise but used a product which I am assuming must have been approved for it's use at some point ?
