Hello All I know we have discussed FFI at some length. But I was wondering if anyone had noticed whether the HSE have undertaken investigations into incidents that perhaps, prior to FFI, they may not have been so interested in? Just wondering (out loud) whether there may be pressure to find more material breaches in order to generate income...

Yep. A money maker if ever there was one . In my opinion. Surely some timely advice would be more beneficial than slapping a fine on someone from the moment a breach is spotted. Although some inspectors are quite proactive and lenient ... theres always one who................. SBH
