Hi Daffodil, HSE website and download; HSG195 The Event Safety Guide. HSG154 Managing Crowds Safely. Department for Culture, Media and Sport website and download; Guide to Safety at Sportsgrounds. That should keep you busy for a while.

We use the "Purple book" which is now in review, it takes into account HSG195 and also has additional information http://books.hse.gov.uk/...alogueCode=9780717624539 Hope this helps
