Had a near miss whereby an employee was placing a pallet onto the third bay of the racking by forklift. When removing the tynes from the pallet the load guard had caught onto the pallet in the fourth bay and pulled the pallet down on top of the forklift. If anyone has a safety alert on the topic of pallet racking, I'd be really grateful if you could send it to me.
