Hi I am looking to do an Asbestos course that will enable me to then teach other people about asbestos. Can anyone suggest a course that would be sufficient enough to be able to teach. Many thanks Les

They say that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing. What you are proposing would seem to fall into this category. You do not state whether this is for internal or external provision. Many organisations (rightly or wrongly) insist that any asbestos training provisions must be carried out by UKATA registered training providers. There are may competent training providers who meet this requirement, and course costs for Asbestos Awareness (I presume this is what you propose to offer) are fairly low. My best advice would be: DON'T DO IT. Regards Rodger Ker
