Good morning folks.
Do any of my peers have any experience with interactive Internet based manual handling training?
Good or bad experiences?

E- learning packages are good for passing on information but not at all good in passing on a practical skill. The NHS tried to go down this line and soon found that it wasn't working so now they use e-learning to teach the theory of manual handling before attending the practical sessions.
