I don't usually like asking for this kind of thing but here goes anyway. Does anyone out there have a tick list style proforma for Working at Heights they would be kind enough to share with me. I've covered the access equipment and produced a basic tool box talk, I now need to plug a gap with respect to the other hazards they may encounter.
