Hi - I am looking at hiring a vibration meter to calculate an operatives exposure, when processing hand held parts using a bench mounted grinding/polishing wheel.
I have contacted the machine manufacturers for their own data, (which i know would be unreliable) but no vibration data was available from them.
Has anyone used the HVM100 vibration meter or have any other recommendations?

Vibration meter's are also inaccurate. Vibration monitoring and assessing is all a bit finger in the air to be honest. Surprised the manufacturer wouldn't give you help though, as I understand it they are obliged to give you such details.

Yes, so was i. They claim in their product info that the bench mounted wheel is low vibration, but when asked for vibration data, no data was available and according to the manufacturer, was not required to be. If parts are hand held up to the wheel, vibration is carried to the operatives hands.
