Sorry an Environment Question : If a company has a “ Environmental permit ( waste operations) / waste management licence, does that also cover them to be a waste carrier.
The company’s web site indicates they do act as a carrier, but the EA web site seems to have them listed as above, not specifically as a waste carrier.
This is a company a sub contractor wishes to use as the carrier.
Does this term “Environmental permit (Waste Operations)” cover all aspects including carrier ?
As always thanks for any insight into this issue.

Chris,
No it does not, they would still have to apply for a carriers licence

Thanks gotogmca
I thought as much, but felt I should check. Our sub contractor listed two carrier options (the other has the carriers licence). The final waste management site also has the appropriate licence.
Cheers

Chris
Carriers license is a separate piece of paper and more money for the EA.
