Managing Issues & Actions on Multiple Sites - Recommendations?

Hi
We are a large healthcare organisation, operating across a large geographical region with several hundred sites to manage. Managing the many issues & actions across the organisation, from numerous plans owned by different leads, that relate to health, safety and fire compliance, and tracking those to ensure close-out is challenging. I’d be interested to hear how other organisations / members manage this issue, and would welcome any recommendations for a software / system approach. Many Thanks Bob

I developed an in-house Access Database that worked well for multi site works. Hard to set up though.
Take a look at SHE Enterprise. I use this for risk assessments for multi sites (national grid) but it has multiple modules you can buy which they then work with you to tailor to your business.
This allows regional personnel to do assessments, audits, investigations etc and for you / someone to have oversight to approve etc.
Produces great reports as well.
Not the only such system out there but definitely one of the better ones.

We have just purchased a new software system which does this - we have the same geographical issue and although in its infancy I can see huge benefits. If you PM me I am happy to provide more information but there have been many threads on software so a search may assist and there are many systems, all very similar on the market
