Hi,
has anyone else had problems loading / adding to their CPD from Firefox?
This past few weeks I have had my CPD 'hang' FREQUENTLY a number of times whilst loading information.
It is not restricted to just one machine / system - the home system does the same.
Did it again last night as I hit the save button - Which turned the air blue at 10:30 last night!
Anyone?

Hi Richard,
I had a similar problem with SDP info a couple of weeks ago, I spent ages typing in data then it failed to save.
I spoke to IOSH, sent them a "screenprint" of what I was seeing etc and they said they would take it up with the skillsure people.
Got a reply form IOSH that skillsure hadn't changed anything, checked with our IT guys and they hadn't changed anything either.
I have always used the same laptop, password and everything else so its a bit of a mystery. The problem did continue for about three weeks but appears to have resolved itself as it is working fine at the moment.
On IOSH advice I know gather all evidence in word docs and then copy and paste it into the boxes on the website, that way if it doesn't work I don't lose the data I have entered.
