I am aware of the requirements under the Pressure System Safety Regulations for annual inspections of boilers by a competent person if they meet the relevant criteria. Can someone simply tell me if a boiler within a pub/B & B falls within the criteria and therefore requires inspection annually? Many thanks

Sarah What type of boiler are you talking about Coffee machine type or heating?
