Can anyone tell me when it is expected that the new ACOP for Asbestos will be issued.
My understanding is that it is still in Draft form and therefore there is a conflict between the existing ACOP & the new legislation

My source indicates that it might, repeat might be in December (they didn't state what year though).

As important for those with asbestos related responsibilities, the revised HSG-247 "Asbestos: The Licensed Contractors' Guide" is also allegedly due at the same time.

The whole situation with the CAR 2012 ACoP and guides is farcical to say the least.
