The revised document is now available. I am sure that as part of the Loftsted review the plan was to simplify and keep new ACoPs to a max of 32 pages. This one is 60 pages, the original was about 50! http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/books/l24.htm

I followed that through, the download PDF is the 2005 edition - even though the description that has the download button on it refers to the 2013 edn.
Confused !!
Maybe I'll give HSE a few days for the reality to catch up with the hype

The version I downloaded is copyright 2013 and it looks different!

The press release for the changes is vague - not much help really. Would be good to have a summary of the changes.
That is there have been any changes - on a quick flip through looks like a re-write and tidy up to me without changing much of anything.
