Rank: Super forum user		Some projects are NOTIFIABLE under CDM if they are more than 30 days or more than 500 person days in duration. Hope this helps.

Rank: Forum user		I am aware of CDM regulations but the article I read this morning advised about four people, what my questions should have asked is why not three people, why the emphasis on four, thanks for all your replies

Rank: Super forum user		Latchy the 5 or more was one of the "rules" under CDM 1994. CDM 2007 applies to all construction projects but some parts only apply to notifiable projects.
