Can anyone advise me if procedure exists for the handover of IDNO/DNO sub constructed by ICP to DNO for commisssioning

Latchy,

We use the procedures that are developed by our authorized/technical officer to meet NERS requirements under the Lloyd Register Scheme when we undertake IDNO/DNO work. Also the DNO may have documentation that you could use to develop your handover procedure. UKPN for instance have loads of procedure and technical guidance. pm me if you are stuck and I will try and find a copy of our procedure.
