Do fork-truck batteries and a couple of bottles of Toilet Duck constitute hazardous chemicals for a warehouse?

Not trying to be funny but it depends - if you only have lead acid batteries and toilet duck (other toilet cleaners are available) then i guess so?

I’d say yes in the sense that COSHH (or the Irish equivalent) would apply. Do they pose a massive risk that requires detailed risk assessments and elaborate controls- I’d say probably not.
