The HSE have just announced that the ACoP that should have been published today is now delayed until sometime in January.
Regulations published in April 2012 and it takes eighteen months to produce the accompanying ACoP. As somebody might say "I don't believe it!"
Still no word either on the publication of the revised Guidance's:
HSG-247, the licensed contractors guide or, HSG-248, the analysts guide.
How do they get away with such incompetence?
Perhaps those awaiting these documents should issue a Fee for Non-Intervention

Did the HSE guarantee to publish the ACoP today? There was an HSE paper and draft ACoP presented at the 4th December 2013 meeting of the HSE Board. Even if the board had agreed, it would require ministerial approval, and then prininting of hard copied--although the frre PDF can be made avilable on the HSE books website. Hi
As I understood it L143 (CAR 2012 ACoP) is due for publication January.
HSG248 is is still work in progress. That may be very late in 2014.
HSG247 revision is still in the work plan with the aim "to start looking at this in the new year".
