We do not recognise a TU and decide to consult with employees through elected representatives of employees safety. Any ideas please on training material in order to induct new RoES in to the company? Many thanks!

If you are looking to develop something inhouse have a look at this http://www.hse.gov.uk/in...t/training-materials.htm and it should give you what you need with a bit of tinkering to reflect your organisation RoSPA do a 2 day course for this if its an external provider you are looking for. No affiliation other than previously booked with them for employees with positive feedback.

I'd also advise thinking about training, even a brief session, for managers in the business as well as the representatives. If you don't get management on board any efforts from the reps will be a waste of everyone's time.
