If you are 17th edition trained in electrical, are you qualified to PAT test equipment?

Good morning Latchy

There is no requirement to be competent in anything other than using the provided equipment to perform the tests.

Even if you have someone who is a NICIEC Registered Electrician, they must still be trained to be competent in using the PAT equipment.
