Forum useres still seem to be having problems contacting the HSE. There new numbers are as follows: Concerns 0300 0031647 email concerns@hse.gsi.gov.uk Advice 0300 0031747 email advice@hse.gsi.gov.uk

This appears to be for concerns at your workplace, not if I drive down the road and see someone on a roof without edge protection etc. Do you know if it is the same reporting route ? Chris

It is the same route. All "concerns" (formerly complaints) are now routed to a central administrative team in Bootle. Same procedure for requests for advice.

be careful about asking for advice as unfortunately the FFI situation is with us

Out of interest Bob, is that personal experience? I have not heard of HSE imposing FFI on someone asking for advice, but the thought did cross my mind....
