Good Afternoon all
I am helping out a friend to complete a CHAS application for less than 5 employees.
Can anybody let me have a completed application copy so as to use for guidance ?.
Most of the criteria is in place but part of the environmental questionaire is proving to be a little difficult.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I doubt you're going to have much luck with such a request, maybe if you asked for advise on a specific piece of text you may have more luck. Isn't the environmental aspect for records only? When I last did a CHAS application this section did not form part of the application.

Hi Paul B - I too am currently trying to get an Engineering Company with less than 5 Employees accreditation to CHAS ASAP (I have never done this before)
Looks pretty straight forward if you print off all the guidance and checklists though.
However I could not find anything on Environmental as sutty has stated - where was this?
Unlike yours this Company has very little in the way of a robust H&S Management system so a lot of work is involved.
