The first thing to remember about CCS is that they're primarily concerned with what goes on *outside* the confines of the site. In other words, concentrate on how the project presents to the general public, and the people who live in the surrounding area. If you want to get ahead of the game, download the checklist (http://www.ccscheme.org.uk/images/stories/ccs-ltd-section/downloads/2013/2014-Checklist.doc) and take it from there. This is the one that they'll be using, so make sure the site complies as much as possible.
