We have some damage to our factory site, can we replace the damaged asbestos sheets, with fibre cement sheets, obviously we will wear the appropriate PPE, and dispose of the broken sheets within the regulations, or do we need to contact an outside contractor, who is licensed to deal with Asbestos

The installation of further asbestos products is specifically banned but you can use non asbestos sheeting to replace damaged.
