Am I right in thinking that the government has done away with the lone working / home working regs or is it something else I'm thinking of? Any help for steering in the right direction would be appreciated. Badger

Barrie, I am pretty sure that there weren't any regs for either, but there was some (not IMVHO very good) information/guidance on both.

Just Google 'Home working' and had http://www.lawdonut.co.u.../home-working-22-faqs#15 back and form the HSE http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/indg226.pdf which seems less helpful. Will come back on what I find for lone working in a bit.

There is still HSE guidance on Lone Working, although never prescribed in a regulation. I am not aware of any plans to amend this guidance. http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/indg73.pdf
