seeking advice regarding RIDDOR DANGEROUS Occurrence...would anyone mind if I could PM about whether an issue that has came up is reportable under RIDDOR?

You can PM me, me and my manager have had our fair share of debates on what needs RIDDORing.

Derek In My Opinion you should post the query.

There are a tremendous amount of people on this site prepared to help.

If nothing else it may help someone else with a similar problem.

Maybe you have had plenty of PMs and have found the answer.

Always worth a post.

Maybe Derek does want to expose himself to the jeering from the forum knowalls that usually accompany a RIDDOR post
