I know it was a discussion topic a while back but search facility not collaborating...
I am looking for the training requirements to apply weed control/spraying substances commercially.
Which legislation does it comes under? Do all the employees have to be formally trained?

More specifically:
“The Plant Protection Products (Sustainable Use) Regulations 2012
Reg. 8 Requirements for specified certificates
(1) No person shall use a plant protection product authorised for professional use unless they hold a specified certificate or work under supervision.”
